Vaccine Requirments 

All dogs must be current on vaccinations. I require a photo of their vaccine certifcate from your vet that shows your basic information, your dogs basic information, the required vaccine due dates, and your chosen clinics basic information.

Required Vaccines 

Distemper/ Parvo Combo (DHAPP)

* Puppies need sets 1, 2 & 3* 

Bordetella 

Rabies
