I, Amanda Glock, established Aunty's Place Pet Boarding in 2017.   Since I adore being an Aunty,  I chose Aunty's Place for the name of my facilty.  The title corresponds with the fun and trust - filled bonds that I establish with my guests and their families.  In opening this facility, my goal was to provide a safe, quiet, clean, luxurious and enriching environment for calm, gentle natured pet dogs to stay while parents have to be away. 
My family and I reside on a beautiful acreage 11km south of Dunmore Alberta, which is where our dog boarding facility and GRC club house operates.   My days are spent tending to our property, the guests, consulting for the local shelter in with my training partner, and introducing folks to GRC Dog sports with our training group Ruckus K9 & GRC.  Working in the canine industry comes naturally to me, and I absolutely love what I do.  I have decades of professional pet care experience with vast knowledge in safe and effective canine handling, proper social interactions, lifestyle training, breed-specific needs, stress reduction, staff confidence building, proper sanitation protocols, first aid safety etc.

Our facility's occupancy is very limited and selective, focusing on mild tempered dogs. This prevents any destructiveness to our building and helps dogs from feeling overwhelmed or anxious while they are here at our cozy homelike, non industrial style facility. 
While we always carry a fun and easygoing attitude, our commitment to the safety and the security of your dog guides everything we do.
