Safety First

- Please make sure to message me with an appointment to time for Check ins and check outs.
I plan my days with the dog's activities and my daily chores around the appointments I make with you.
Time management is key around here! 

- If someone else is here please hang tight in your vehicle until they leave.  If you are having someone else pick up / drop off, please let them know this as well.  

- Please do not enter the back area without an invitation to do so. This is very important for my guests safety. 

-  We know it can be tough to leave our pets, especially for the first time, but please try to stay happy and confident for them. We assure you that pouring your emotions and sadness will only make it harder for them.

-If you are picking up your dog and I need a minute to gather their things, I ask that you stay away from the fences around other guests,  please stick to the office or porch. 
Other guests may be wary of strangers and there’s no need to stick your hand up to the fences. 

-We are more than happy to offer scheduled tours of our facility at your request. 

 

​Our job is to keep you, your dogs, and our other guests safe in our care.
